My Pre-Puppy Q+A sessions are designed to ensure you feel fully prepared when you bring your new puppy home. I am here to answer all your pre-puppy questions and calm any pre-puppy nerves.
Each session will be tailored to your individual requirements but we can cover topics such as; how to set up your house and garden, what equipment to buy, bringing puppy home and puppy’s first night, sleeping arrangements, toilet training, managing puppy biting, appropriate socialisation… and more!
After the session, you will be sent your personalised notes and training handouts and will receive ongoing whatsapp or email support for up to 2 weeks if required.
1-to-1 Puppy Training Programme
Four private 1 hour training sessions covering all the puppy essentials whilst being tailored to your specific needs.

If puppy classes don’t fit your timetable or perhaps you’d just prefer private training, then my 1-to-1 Puppy Training Programme is for you.
The main aim of my training is to help you develop a strong relationship with your puppy. I’ll also help you to teach your puppy how to be calm, confident and resilient to what life may throw at them. We can cover topics such as how to settle, confidence building, polite greetings, teaching basic cues such as “sit” or “down”, recall training, walking nicely on a lead, appropriate socialisation... and much more!
Puppy Classes
Classes are held at various venues in and around Wirksworth and Matlock, Derbyshire.
Check specific class dates for the venue.
Classes are fun, supportive and full of information to give you the skills and knowledge to sail through puppy parenthood.
The focus is on building a strong bond between you and your puppy and on teaching your puppy the skills to have confidence and flourish in everyday life.
Classes will cover practical training basics such as sit, down, hand touch, play, give, polite greetings, recall, loose lead walking; and further topics such as how to prevent common puppy problems, safe and healthy puppy socialisation, how to prepare puppy for vet/groomer visits and plenty more!
The classes are suitable for puppies that are under 5 months old at the start of the course.
Class sizes are small for plenty of individual help where required.
