Scentwork Classes
Classes are held at various venues in and around Wirksworth and Matlock, Derbyshire.
Scentwork is suitable for all dogs of all ages, all they need is their nose and a willing handler!
Scentwork is a great way to work your dog with a calming, low impact activity that can be carried out almost anywhere. It can boost confidence for dogs and handlers alike.
Scentwork involves you and your dog working together as a team, but don’t worry, your dog will be doing the sniffing!
My beginner scentwork classes are designed as a stand alone class which once completed, will leave you and your dog with the skills to practice at home. For those that want to continue and develop their skills further, follow on classes will begin in 2027.
Suitable for dogs aged 6 months plus with no previous experience.
Class sizes are small for plenty of individual help where required.
Classes may not be a suitable environment if your dog barks or lunges at other dogs. Please contact me if you are unsure.
